Gorgeous glassy cluster with key lines along some of the faces, one particular creating a downward arrow pattern. Exposed fibrous tourmaline present around the base has been coloured/dyed by external minerals to give the fibres a brown to mossy green tone, creating a very cool contrast against the blue quartz. Faint hints of pink are visible in some of the clear quartz points. This is a special piece energetically, very shamanic feeling.

These are RARE specimens from the now closed Itacambira mine, Brazil.

Blue Tara, a fibrous tourmaline that is present is a member of the schorl-elbait series or the schorl-dravite series which creates unique whisps, irridescence and patterns making each piece unique and like no other!

Named after the Tibetan Buddhist deity Blue Tara, a goddess of protection, truth & deep compassion. These lemurians like the goddess shield one against negative energies & like Tara “meaning star” they act as beacons of Hope, bringing calm & peace after challenging times & reconnecting one to their souls truth.
